Think if it would become legal with much bigger chopper-mopeds, with V-Twin engines with size big as 300cc, sounding like a Harley and with full legal freedom to customize the bike quite much as you want, goes up to max speed in highways like a car, but in the city, lower speed due to safety reasons, so people wouldn’t drive them to crazy, and legal to drive them when your at minimum year 15, with no requirement to get a licens at all, just instructions, that would be one nice moped no doupt.
